1. General

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Pure Waste online store and all orders placed through it. By using the online store, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them.

We reserve the right to change or update the online store's content, including price changes, product selection or these Terms. In case we make substantial changes to these Terms or Privacy Policy, we aim to notify our Customers in advance on our website.

The online store is primarily targeted at Finnish consumers. However, companies and consumers abroad are, subject to certain restrictions, also able to use it. Companies are not entitled to invoke rights based on Finnish consumer protection legislation.

3. Orders

To place an order, you must meet the criteria and give authentic and accurate information about yourself. You must be 18 years old to order from the Pure Waste online store.

You may submit an order as a registered customer or without — creating an account.

You must place all orders online. We do not accept orders via phone or email.

We reserve the right to cancel placed orders. A binding order contract will only be formed when we send you an order confirmation confirming your order's availability and delivery time.

For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties required by their country.

Please note that all discount and promotion codes can be used only once and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Discount or promotion codes will not be deducted afterward.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months after purchase. We don't exchange gift cards for money. Your personal data is saved to our customer register. For more information about processing personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

4. Payment terms

All prices shown in our online store are in euros.

Customers from non-EU countries will be liable for Finnish VAT, as well as any customs duties, local VAT, and similar charges in their own country.

Online payments are made by using the website of Paytrail Oy (former Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy)

Payments by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard
Suppose you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard. In that case, Pure Waste Textiles Oy will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and provide the products to the buyer. Paytrail Oy will handle all complaints and claims for compensation.

Concerning payments made by Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard, Paytrail Oy acts as the product's merchant, and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Paytrail Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Paytrail Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Online banks
Paytrail Oy (FI21228397) provides financial and payment services for online payment in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer, the service functions like a conventional online payment.

5. Shipping and delivery time

The delivery time of our products depends on the product’s availability and destination. We reserve the right to deliver the orders in multiple deliveries.

Shipping fees depend on the chosen delivery method. Your zip code and country determine your delivery options and costs for international deliveries.

Before you check out, you will see the available delivery methods and shipping fees.

Please note that we use external service providers for shipments.

Shipping in Finland

We dispatch deliveries to all Finnish addresses (except the Åland islands) via Posti.

We offer Free shipping in Finland for orders over € 100

Posti- Post parcel €3.90
The parcel is delivered to a post office or a parcel locker of your choice.

Posti - Parcel with home delivery €9.90
The parcel is delivered to the delivery address at an agreed time.

The shipping company will send you an electronic notification when your package is ready to be picked up. Please make sure that the order confirmation shows the correct delivery address, email address, and phone number, as they are the ones that partners such as Posti. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered delivery or contact information, the resulting delivery delays, or parcels being returned undelivered.

Undelivered parcels
Please note: The post office and PostNord will store the parcel for seven days. Not picking up a parcel is considered a return. We charge €7.80 in delivery and return fees for parcels the customer does not pick up.

Delivery times
You will get an email notification when your order has been processed and transferred to Posti or DHL for delivery. The delivery time depends on the delivery method and address.

Finland: 1–4 working days

International shipping

DHL is our primary partner for orders dispatched outside Finland. DHL delivers parcels to the recipient’s delivery address. Posti also delivers to Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Posti delivers the parcel to the nearest pickup point.

Taxes and Duties
In deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for the customs duties and taxes in the destination country.

You will get an email notification when your order has been processed and transferred to Posti or DHL for delivery. The delivery time depends on the delivery method and address.

EU countries: 2–6 working days
Outside EU: 4–10 working days

6. Return policy

Returns in Finland

Your satisfaction with the products you order is extremely important to us. You have 14 days to try out and test your purchases. Please note: you can only return products that are unused and fit for sale. The products must have the original swing tags attached. For example, we do not accept returns that are stained, used, or with animal hair.

We charge for returns, regardless of the delivery method used

When returning products from Finland, please do the following:

Take the parcel to a post office or Posti service point.
The parcel will be returned to us using a prepaid customer return ID. We will refund you the cost of your order minus the return fee of €3.90. We will refund you once we receive the parcel.

Suppose you only return part of an order, and the total sum is less than the sum that qualifies for free delivery (€100). In that case, we will deduct a delivery and return fee of €7.80 from your refund.

Undelivered parcels
Please note: Posti will store the parcel for seven days. Not picking up a parcel is considered a return. We charge €7.80 in delivery and return fees for parcels the customer does not pick up.

International Returns

Your satisfaction with the products you order is extremely important to us. You have 14 days to try out and test your purchases. Abroad: the customer pays the postage for the return

When returning products from outside Finland, please do the following:

Please note: you are responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to us. We will refund you once we receive the parcel.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or damages due to any obstacle beyond our influence. These force majeure situations include unusual natural phenomena, disturbances in transportation, and strikes or trade or export prohibitions.

We are also not responsible for any disturbances, interruptions, or downtime of the online store.

Consumers

These terms do not limit Pure Waste's liability under applicable consumer protection laws, such as liability for defects.

The customer must notice an item's defect within a reasonable time from detecting the fault, preferably no later than within two months.

Companies

Pure Waste is not responsible for any consequential or indirect damage. Our aggregate maximum liability for damages shall be limited to 100% of the purchase price.

8. Intellectual property rights of the online store content 

The content of the Pure Waste online store, including pictures, videos, texts, product information, trademarks, and charts, is the property of Pure Waste and/or its partners or licensors. Unauthorized use or copying of the contents or material of the Pure Waste online store is prohibited.

9. Personal data and data protection

We are responsible for processing and storing customer data carefully. For more information regarding processing personal data and data protection, please read our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its provisions regarding choice of law.

Any disputes that negotiations cannot solve shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.

Consumers can also seek advice from the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (Kuluttajaneuvonta) or contact the Finnish Consumer Dispute Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) for a recommendation.
